Job Overview Designer Wraps is in search of enthusiastic, dedicated, detail-oriented self-starters with strong experience in vinyl wrap installation for vehicles and commercial graphics to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced facility. We specialize in high-quality vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, wall wraps, signs, and commercial upfitting. Candidate must be articulate, work well under pressure, have excellent attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Major Functions of the Position:

• Prepare vehicle surfaces thoroughly (cleaning, clay bar, removal of trim/moldings, previous wraps/PPF as needed).
• Expertly install vinyl wraps, color-change films (not-required), graphics, and decals, on cars, trucks, vans, fleets, and other vehicles following design specifications.
• Interpret and apply designed layouts with precise alignment and finishing for optimal quality-centered results.
• Cut, trim, weed, and apply vinyl materials using heat guns, squeegees, and other professional tools.
• Install graphics on flat surfaces, substrates, and signage as needed.
• Inspect completed installations for quality, bubbles, edges, and overall finish; make adjustments to meet high standards.
• Collaborate with the production and design team to ensure projects are completed on within the customer’s expectations and on time.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace.
• Assist with other production tasks (e.g., basic lamination, weeding, or packaging) as needed.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in a sign/wrap shop environment is REQUIRED (at least 1+ year commercial vehicle/fleet wrap experience is required; portfolio or references also required).
• An in-person working interview will be required for all applicants that have been contacted (approx 30-60 mins).
• MUST be able to lift up to 50-75lbs regularly and handle physical demands of the job (bending, reaching, standing for extended periods).
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to reading instructions and producing flawless, high-quality installations
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands and high-paced schedules.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable mode of transportation.
• Work In-person (no remote work) in Pitman (Glassboro), New Jersey.
• Some travel may be required at time for on-site installation work.
