Experienced Sign Production Specialist – APPLY NOW!
Job Overview
We are is in search of an enthusiastic, dedicated, detail-oriented self-starter with a strong knowledge of Digital Print Production for the Sign and Vinyl Wraps Markets to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced facility. Knowledge of “running” printers and RIP software is a must (Graphic Design & Layout for Signs and/or Vehicles a plus). Candidate must be articulate, work well under pressure, have a strong understanding of “color” and have strong organizational skills.
Major Functions of the Position:
- “Paneling” job from Design in Photoshop and/or Illustrator
- Sending Print / Plot jobs to multiple printers / plotters
- Creating Signage for various applications
- Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite on PC (mainly Photoshop & Illustrator)
- Utilizing Onyx RIP & FlexiSignPro / Production Manager
- Running, Maintaining Mimaki, Mutoh, & HP UV Flatbed Printers, Graphtec Plotter, KALA & Seal Laminators
- Trimming, Weeding, Transfer Taping with confidence
- Printing on a variety of vinyl materials (from vinyl wrap to banners and different substrates)
- Setting up and running plot jobs on a plotter
- Laminating vinyl
- Installing vinyl to flat surfaces & substrates (basic installation experience a plus, but not required).
- Boxing print-jobs to be shipped to be shipped out via UPS (packaging, creating labels).
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sign shop or wrap shop environment is REQUIRED.
- MUST be able to lift up 50-75lbs regularly to load material into equipment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands and schedules.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Experienced Graphics Installer – APPLY NOW!
Designer Wraps is a vehicle wrapping and advertising sales agency headquartered in Pitman, NJ. We are seeking an Experienced Vinyl Graphics Installer with a minimum of 3 years, to be a part of our dynamic team of professional installers in our Pitman, NJ location. This position will have a high focus on installing vehicle graphics on cars, boats, interior walls and the like. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE REQUIRED EXPERIENCE!
Major Functions of the Position:
- Must be a self-starter!
- Properly inspect projects before and after each job
- Communicate closely with the team to ensure a job well done
- Properly install many different materials on various applications
- Some production work like weeding and masking cut vinyl
- Properly prepare and install vinyl graphics onto vehicles, walls, windows, floors, etc.
- Full and Partial wraps
- Window perf
- Spot Graphics (decals / vinyl lettering)
- Transit buses
- Interior and exterior wall surfaces or substrates (including glass)
- Properly wash and prep vehicle prior to installing vinyl
- Removing existing vinyl
Compensation and Rewards
Depending on experience (work history) our installers receive an extremely competitive hourly wage or salary, generous PTO and other perks. Benefits are also available.
Job Requirements:
- Show up on time (early is ON TIME!)
- Attention to detail is a MUST!
- Ability to communicate clearly and listen intently
- Experience installing vinyl on vehicles as well as for interior (wall wraps)
- Should know how to properly weed and mask vinyl
- Using applicable tools for sign and/or vehicle installs
- Should have own installation tools (squeegees, tools and/or toolbox)
- Prep vehicles for full vinyl wrapping (removing vehicle parts is not a requirement)
- Accountable and trustworthy
- Work well with a driven team
- A valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Abide by our cell phone policy
- Read a tape measure
- Bonus:
- 3M, Avery, Orafol, or PDAA Certification
- Install a full vehicle wrap by yourself
- Flat Glass / Window Tint experience a big plus!
