By accepting these terms you are agreeing that your credit card will be charged for the specified amount, including taxes and handling fees and you agree to contract with Sign Media Enterprises, Inc. dba Designer Wraps®, hereinafter “Designer Wraps” for the services previously discussed and/or entered via Invoice number or Description above, in part or in full and acknowledge you have read the terms herein. TERMS: Unless otherwise stated, 50% is required to begin and schedule any job. 50% due upon completion, or before a vehicle or job leaves our premises. You also agree that payment made to Designer Wraps acts as a contract and enforces these terms. Any designs, graphics, illustrations, drawings or the like remain property of Designer Wraps unless otherwise stated until a contract is made. For design work, once payment is received in full, the artwork is yours. Should you choose to take our designs somewhere else, a design fee will be invoiced to you for time spent.  All credit card payments may be subject to a 3.5% transaction fee. Cancellations must be made within 24hrs of appointment or a $40 inconvenience fee will be charged. THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS – STORE CREDIT ONLY! THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON LABOR! We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Privacy – this form is secured and encrypted via SSL so your transaction and data will be safe. We will not share or sell your private information with anyone. Period!
