All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through DesignerWraps.com are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than manufacturer defects or shipping damage.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, sizes, materials, and images before placing an order. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Please email in**@***********ps.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

After review, we may provide a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

All products are custom, specialty, or limited-edition items, and are non-returnable under normal circumstances.

Shipping Issues

Designer Wraps is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by shipping carriers. If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, the customer must file a claim directly with the carrier.
