Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you open the package (not as a result of you using and/or trying install the product). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at in**@de***********.com and send your item to: Designer Wraps RETURNS, 1035 N. Main St. Pitman, NJ 08071.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Designer Wraps RETURNS, 1035 N. Main St. Pitman, NJ 08071.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Turnaround Time
All in-stock orders are shipped typically within 3-4 business days plus the shipping time of your choosing(except for Holidays and weekends). Orders placed on the weekend typically ship within 2-3 business days of the following Monday.
Delays due to Acts of God, weather, or other unusual circumstances are not refundable.
Items that are not currently in stock will be shipped via your selected shipping speed once the item becomes available.
International Shipping
We DO NOT ship outside of the USA
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information once it becomes available.
Shipping Rates
Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, unless the product is marked as FREE SHIPPING. Calculated shipping speeds are applicable only to the time that the package is in transit and therefore the time it takes to pick and package your order is not included in determining how long the package was in shipment.
Back Orders and Out of Stock Items
Please note: due to COVID-19 some orders and products and shipping from our warehouse can be delayed up to 30 business days.
